• All conversions happen in real time and files are not retained on our servers
• We do not condone or encourage copyright infringement

• Free Plan — 20 downloads per day, MP3 format, no account required
• Pro Monthly — $5/month, unlimited downloads, 320kbps quality, ZIP downloads
• Pro Lifetime — $39 one-time payment, all Pro features forever

Payments are processed securely by Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy.

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial months.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro subscribers. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

Lifetime plan purchases are eligible for refund within 7 days only. After 7 days, all sales are final.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, without prior notice or liability.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Spotify Downloader is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or other damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website.

Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
